Service Description
This SpinTel NBN bundle includes a Fixed Line broadband service over the NBN network.
NBN Fixed Line Internet is the next generation broadband technology delivered via fibre optic cables. Fibre optic broadband is capable of delivering superfast broadband speed.
Equipment Requirement
You will require a SpinTel Network Gateway for all types of NBN services. You can bring your own compatible modem or purchase a SpinTel modem at an upfront cost.
Optional Phone Service
You can also add a phone service with Pay As You Go calls if you choose either BYO or purchase a modem with SpinTel.
NBN Plan Features
- Usage Information: You may view your usage by logging onto SpinTel's member portal My Account.
- No Contract: This plan is available on month to month contract with no setup fee.
Optional Extras
- Mobile Phone SIM: Starting from $18/month with 23GB data (while bundled otherwise $21.00 ongoing).
- Unlimited Phone Pack: Unlimited local, national and Australian mobile calls for $10/month.
Service Availability
The NBN Bundle is only available within the nbn® (FTTP, FW, FTTB, FTTN or HFC) ready for service area. nbn® availability can be checked using the coverage checker on the SpinTel website. Data inclusions may vary depending on location.
Actual throughput speeds may be slower and could vary due to many factors including type/source of content being downloaded, hardware and software configuration, the number of users simultaneously using the network and performance of interconnecting infrastructure not operated by SpinTel. Devices connected by Wi-Fi may experience slower speeds than those connected by Ethernet cable.
