Service Description
This Superloop nbn® plan includes a Fixed Line broadband service over the nbn® network.
nbn® Fixed Line Internet is the next generation broadband technology delivered via fibre optic cables. Fibre optic broadband is capable of delivering superfast broadband speed.

Equipment Requirement
You will require an nbn® ready modem/router to access this service. You may choose to Bring-Your-Own (BYO) WiFi Router or you may choose to purchase one from Superloop for an additional fee.
nbn® Plan Features
- Manage Your Account: Superloop customers can obtain data usage information online through the Superloop members section.
- Early Termination Charge: All Superloop Home Broadband plans are no contract and don't have any early termination charges.
- Data & Speed Tier Plan Changes: You may request to change your data plan and/or speed tier once per month at any time, at no cost, which will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
- Speed Boost: Boost your nbn speed on this plan with 5 Free Speed Boost Days each and every month. Unused days rollover into your My Speed Boost Bank™ to a max of 30 days.
Service Availability
Superloop nbn® Home Broadband plans are only available in certain NBN enabled areas (excluding NBN Fixed Wireless areas). Initial qualification checks will need to be performed to determine the availability of the service. If you require WiFi within your property, you will need an NBN compatible Ethernet WAN (eWAN) WiFi router for NBN Fibre-tothe-Premises (FTTP) (Also known as Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH)), Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC), or Fibre to the Curb (FTTC), or you will need an NBN Compliant VDSL2 Modem Router for NBN Fibre-to-the-Node (FTTN), Fibre-to-the-Building (FTTB) NBN technology types.
