Service Description
This Superloop nbn® plan includes a Fixed Wireless broadband service over the nbn® network.
nbn® Fixed Wireless is the next generation broadband technology delivered via fibre optic cables. Fibre optic broadband is capable of delivering superfast broadband speed.
Early Termination Costs
A Cancellation Fee will apply if you cancel your Broadband service within the minimum contract term. The Cancellation Fee is calculated as: Remaining months in the contract term x the monthly charge x 30%. You may cancel your service at any time by giving Superloop thirty (30) days’ written notice.
Equipment Requirement
A compatible router at your premises. You can choose to supply and manage your own the router, or request one from Superloop. You will be charged $20 shipping.
Modem Pay Out Fee
The offer of a Free eero 7+ router with eero Secure is only available to Superloop totalbiz on Business nbn® customers and only applies to the purchase of the first router per service. Should you cancel your service before 36 months you will be charged a modem payout fee for the remaining months.

Service Availability
Superloop nbn® Home Broadband plans are only available in certain NBN enabled areas (excluding NBN Fixed Wireless areas). Initial qualification checks will need to be performed to determine the availability of the service. If you require WiFi within your property, you will need an NBN compatible Ethernet WAN (eWAN) WiFi router for NBN Fibre-tothe-Premises (FTTP) (Also known as Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH)), Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC), or Fibre to the Curb (FTTC), or you will need an NBN Compliant VDSL2 Modem Router for NBN Fibre-to-the-Node (FTTN), Fibre-to-the-Building (FTTB) NBN technology types.
