Service Description

This Swoop Business NBN plan includes a Fixed Line residential broadband service and optional home phone service over the National Broadband Network.

NBN Fixed Line Internet is the next generation broadband technology delivered via fibre optic cables. Fibre optic broadband is capable of delivering superfast broadband speed.

Equipment Requirement

This service does not depend on a bundling arrangement with any other Telecommunications services. A router is required but not supplied by Swoop unless you opt to purchase one at an additional cost. Alternatively, you may purchase a wireless router from another retailer of your choice.

Local Business Support

Swoop business services are provided with a Service Level Agreement (SLA) which includes priority support. Standard Business SLA comes included, with Bronze, Silver and Gold options available at additional costs.
