This Vocus nbn plan includes a Fixed Line broadband Internet service delivered over the NBN network.
NBN Fixed Line Internet is the next generation broadband technology delivered via fibre optic cables. Fibre optic broadband is capable of delivering superfast broadband speed.
This service requires an nbn-compatible modem/router. You can bring your own (BYO) compatible device or purchase a NetComm NL20MESH modem for an extra monthly cost. Please note that 4G Backup requires the Vocus-supplied modem and is not available with BYO setups. The Modem is $240 which is charged at $10 per month. If you cancel your plan before 24 months, Vocus will bill you for the balance that remains for the Modem.
The Vocus NBN is available in NBN enabled areas. Availability is subject to a service qualification check which we will perform when you request to sign-up. The technology used to deliver the nbn® Service will depend on the connection between your premises and the nbn® Network which includes: (1) Fibre to the Premises (‘FTTP’); (2) Fibre to the Node (‘FTTN’); (3) Fibre to the Building (‘FTTB’); (4) Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (‘HFC’); (5) Fibre to the Curb (‘FTTC’); (6) Fixed Wireless
