Service Description

This iPrimus NBN plan includes a Fixed Line broadband internet service delivered over the NBN network, bundled with a voice service.

NBN Fixed Line Internet is the next generation broadband technology delivered via fibre optic cables. Fibre optic broadband is capable of delivering superfast broadband speed.

Equipment Requirement

A Wi-Fi modem is included with all iPrimus plans. If you cancel your service during the first 18 months, you will need to pay $10/mth for the modem, for the remaining months (e.g. if you cancel after 6 months, you will pay $60 for the remaining 6 months). If you keep your service connected for 18 months you won’t pay anything for the modem. There are no other plan cancellation fees.

Phone Service

This plan is bundled with a home phone service with the following PAYG rates:

  • Local Calls: 20c untimed
  • National/Interstate Calls: 20c per call
  • Australian Mobile calls: 36c/min + 45c flagfall
  • 13/1300 calls: 44c per call

NBN Plan Features

  • Usage Information: You may view your current usage levels via the iPrimus account toolbox
  • Plan Change: You can upgrade or downgrade the data allowance or speed tier at any time

Optional Extras

  • Call Packs: additional national and international call packs available from $10 per month
  • Fetch: Add Fetch from $10 per month with choice of 1 included channel pack (choose from Vibe, Variety, Knowledge or Kids)

Service not available to all areas, homes or customers. While iPrimus perform preliminary qualification checks upfront for broadband service availability, the type of service offered the (nbn® network FTTP, FTTN, FTTB, FTTC or FW) may be subject to further qualification checks to determine what is available at your location. If unable to connect all your services, iPrimus will attempt to contact you to discuss further options first or, if they can’t contact you after making reasonable attempts, they will cancel your order.
