Service Description

ALDImobile Pay As You Go is a great Prepaid Mobile plan for light mobile users. It's a SIM only product for people who already have a phone or are looking to buy an unlocked phone. Customers must initially order a Starter Pack SIM card, which will be loaded with $5 credit. These can be purchased online or at your local ALDI store. Customers can then recharge as required. You can buy $15, $25, $35 PAYG recharge vouchers in ALDI stores, each with 365 day expiry.

Plan Inclusions and Exclusions

Plan inclusions: Your prepaid credit entitles you to make and receive voice calls, and send and receive SMS, MMS and data, at applicable rates for these services, until your prepaid credit balance is zero or your credit validity period expires. 1300 / 15/ 1800 Numbers are charged separately at 12c per minute. Calls to 1800 numbers are free.

Plan exclusions: All non-personal, commercial, machine-to-machine or overseas use is excluded. Calls to some SENSIS numbers (1234, 12455, and 12456), and 19xx numbers are not available on ALDImobile.

MyALDImobile

Log in to recharge your Pay As You Go credit, add a Value Pack, set your auto recharge preference, check your balance, view your usage and update your details. You can also check your balance using the ALDImobile app for smartphones and by SMS.

International Roaming

International roaming is available in selected counties. Before you can use your phone overseas you must log into My ALDImobile and enable your service for international roaming. PAYG credit is required to use international roaming. The charges to send SMS, make and receive standard calls, as well as using data when roaming are higher and will vary for each applicable country. You should be aware that charges for usage whilst you are roaming are much higher than charges at home in Australia.

Optional Data Packs

The ALDImobile plan offers an optional 2GB data pack for $15.00, 5GB data pack for $30.00 (data roll-over), both with a 30 day expiry. Alternatively, there is a 20GB data pack for $95 with a 365 days expiry.

Things to Know

International Roaming Destinations: ALDImobile offers international roaming to selected countries. Indonesia, New Zealand, United States of America, United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Thailand, Fiji, China, Singapore, Italy, and Canada.
