$289 365 Day Mobile Plan

Service Description

This ALDImobile 365 Day Mobile Plan is a Prepaid plan with 365 day expiry. You get access to parts of Telstra's 5G and 4G mobile networks which provide coverage to over 23 million Australians. If the Owner terminates their service or recharges with a different plan, the Mobile Plan is cancelled. Users will stay on the same account in the Owner’s name with only their PAYG balance available for calls, SMS and data.

My ALDImobile

Log in to recharge your Pay As You Go credit, add a Mobile Plan, set your auto recharge preference, check your balance, view your usage and update your details. You can also check your balance using the ALDImobile app for smartphones and by SMS.

You can recharge your Mobile Plan through your online account each time your plan expires. Better still, enable Auto Recharge via the Mobile Plan dashboard and let ALDImobile take care of it for you. They'll even send an SMS and email to let you know they’ve recharged for you.

Data Roll-over

All unused data in your credit validity period (including any Data Top Ups) and accumulated rollover data, may be rolled over without expiry but only if the same $289 5G Long Life Plan is acquired within 24 hours of expiry of the previous Plan. Otherwise, unused data and accumulated rollover data are forfeited. A Mobile Plan’s standard data allowance is consumed before any available rollover data.

Data Add-on

Purchase an additional 3GB for $15 (0.48c per MB) at any time during your credit validity period, up to a maximum of 40GB above your included plan allowance at any one time. Data Top Ups expire at the same time as your Mobile Plan. Unused data may be eligible for rollover, if rollover criteria is met, otherwise it is forfeited.

International Calling

Calls and messages to international numbers and other non-standard calls cannot be made using your Mobile Plan. They can only be made using your available Pay As You Go credit. Refer to the ALDImobile website to find the prices for international calls and Pay As You Go call rates.

International Roaming

International roaming is available in selected countries. Before you can use your phone overseas you must log into My ALDImobile and enable your service for international roaming. PAYG credit is required to use international roaming. The charge to send SMS, make and receive standard calls, as well as using data when roaming are higher and will vary for each applicable country. You should be aware that charges for usage whilst you are roaming are much higher than charges at home in Australia.

Things to Know

Plan Exclusions All non-personal, commercial, machine-to-machine or overseas use is excluded. Standard calls exclude calls to international numbers, satellite numbers and premium numbers (e.g. 19xx numbers). Standard national SMS and MMS excludes messages to international numbers, satellite numbers and premium numbers. Standard MMS excludes video MMS. Calls to some SENSIS numbers (1234, 12455, and 12456), and 19xx numbers are not available on ALDImobile

30 Selected International Calling Countries for Landline and Mobile: Use your included minutes to call landlines and mobiles in these countries: Andorra, Bangladesh, Belgium, Bulgaria, Chile, Cyprus, Denmark, French Guiana, Greece, Guam, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Pakistan, Peru, Puerto Rico, Romania, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, and Sweden.

Selected International Calling Countries for Landline only: The list shows the countries where you can use your included minutes to call landlines. If you wish to call mobile numbers in these countries you will need to have Pay As You Go credit. Argentina, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland, Taiwan, and Turkey. These countries may change from time to time, so it’s important to check that your chosen country is included before making the call.
