When will I get my new Galaxy Z 8 foldable?

Samsung has just introduced three new foldable devices: the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8, the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra, and the Galaxy Z Flip 8.

Here's what's in store if you want to snag a Samsung foldable pre-order deal.

Pre-ordering your Z Fold 8 or Z Flip 8

Choose between buying your new Z Fold 8, Z Fold 8 Ultra, or Z Flip 8 outright or on a mobile phone repayment plan
Select which device and storage variant you're after, and consider any extras you might want
Compare mobile providers and plans to find the best deal and availability for the model you've settled on

If you purchase the Z 8 foldable range on a phone plan you can spread the cost over a period of time. The three major telcos offer 12-, 24- and 36-month repayment options.

However, in the long run, you do end up paying more because you're locked into the one provider. If you buy your brand-new foldable outright, you have a higher upfront cost but could save long-term with a cheaper SIM-only plan from another provider.

Pre-order the Galaxy Z Fold 8 on a plan

Telstra, Optus, and Vodafone are taking pre-orders for the Galaxy Z Fold 8 on a plan.

Optus: Pre-order your Galaxy Z Fold 8 with Optus and get $750 off the RRP price of the device

Vodafone: Pre-order your Galaxy Z Fold 8 through Vodafone and get $700 off the RRP price of the device, plus $300 bonus trade-in credit

Telstra: Pre-order your Galaxy Z Fold 8 through Telstra and get $700 off the RRP of the device, plus $300 bonus trade-in credit
