SpinTel has offered home wireless broadband for a little while now, but it's plans have typically been capped at 12Mbps. The telco has however added two new plans that can reach speeds as fast as 42Mbps. That's just shy of an NBN 50 connection.

Better yet, the plans come with pretty decent download allowances. You can get 200GB for $59.95 per month, or 500GB $74.95 per month. You can choose to sign a six-month contract, or pay $99 in upfront modem fees if you're prefer a contract-free plan. Here are the plans:

If you're sick of waiting for the NBN, SpinTel's new faster home wireless broadband plans could be a good alternative. All you need to ensure is your home or office is within an Optus 4G coverage area.

Since these plans are powered by 4G, setup is a plug-and-play affair. Unbox the modem, powered it up, and you're online. There's no need to book in time with a technician.

Optus has its own range of 4G home wireless broadband plans with uncapped speeds. While Optus doesn't specify a maximum speed, we've seen speeds between 20Mbps and 40Mbps in our own testing. Here are Optus' home wireless broadband plans:
