Superloop cuts price of NBN 100 plans and up

We have some welcome news for those who want to save a bit of money on a fast internet plan.

Superloop is now offering its fastest NBN plans for less - that's NBN 100 plans and up.

The telco already offers six-month introductory offers across its range for new customers but has now slashed them by up to 10%.

The changes are as follows:

Superloop NBN plan price changes

Plan	Original offer	Current offer
NBN 100/20	$73.95/mth for the first six months, $89.95/mth ongoing	$69/mth for the first six months, $85/mth ongoing
NBN 100/40	$82.95/mth for the first six months, $99.95/mth ongoing	$75/mth for the first six months, $89/mth ongoing

The biggest price drop was on Superloop's NBN 100/40 plan which you can now get from $75 per month for the first six months and $89 per month ongoing. The promo price for its NBN 1000 plan hasn't changed but you will save $10 per month on the new ongoing price.

How do Superloop's fast NBN plans compare?

Superloop's new prices will be pretty tantalising for those who like their internet to be fast. Like most NBN plans days you'll get unlimited data on every Superloop NBN plan. Plus, it reports typical evening speeds close to the maximum for its NBN 100 (95Mbps) and 250 (240Mbps) plans (250Mbps).

The maximum speeds for each speed tier are the same as the plan titles e.g. NBN 100 plans max out at 100Mbps and so on.

Superloop is one of a handful of NBN providers that offers two NBN 100 plans with varying upload speeds. The first is the standard up to 20Mbps upload speed for the NBN 100 tier while the second offers faster upload speeds of up to 40Mbps. Of these Superloop's plans are among the cheapest alongside Exetel.

You can compare both types of NBN 100 plans below.
