Home Fast nbn

Service Description

This AGL NBN plan includes a Fixed Line residential broadband service and optional home phone service over the National Broadband Network. Offering speeds up to 12x faster than an ADSL connection with constant usage monitoring to prevent congestion before it happens.

NBN Fixed Line Internet is the next generation broadband technology delivered via fibre optic cables. Fibre optic broadband is capable of delivering superfast broadband speed.

Equipment Requirement

You’ll need an nbn compatible modem to set-up your connection. You can bring your own modem (BYO) or you can purchase a modem from AGL for an upfront payment (which will appear on your first invoice) or on a Device Payment Plan DPP over 12 or 24 months (please see the Device Payment Plan terms on AGL website for more details).

AGL is not responsible for any BYO modem that does not work on the nbn or AGL network, and they may not be able to support every device or do usual tests to check if your nbn service is working properly.

Other Features

• Bundle and save: you will get a monthly discount on your chosen AGL nbn plan from the date your service is activated so long as you keep your AGL Energy plan (gas or electricity) active and in your name.
• Change your plan: you can change at any time, up to once a month, with no fee.
• AGL Home Phone plan: Optional home phone plan available for $10/mth extra, AGL modem required.
