All amaysim customers will continue to receive unlimited talk and text as standard.

The provider cites potential strains on the NBN network, urging customers to utilise the extra data to free up bandwidth wherever possible.

While amaysim's measures currently only last until April 15, a spokesperson told us that the company "will continue to assess the situation and do what it can to support its customers during this time".

amaysim’s package aligns with those from telcos Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, and internet service providers Aussie Broadband and Superloop.
