Vaya now offer a Price Beat Guarantee

Popular low-cost MVNO Vaya will let new and existing customer price match any competitor’s plan and enjoy the matched price for the life of their subscription.

The Price Beat Guarantee is a first in Australian telco, and will make sure that the already low-cost provider stays on top of the budget end of the MVNO market.

On top of matching the price, Vaya will give a free month to any customer who spots a better plan in market.

“Other markets have used price beat guarantees with great success, and it’s something that’s sorely missing in the mobile telco space. As a value-driven mobile service provider, we’re focused on working to deliver the best value for Aussie customers, and we challenge other telcos to do the same,” said Vaya’s Marketing Manager Jennifer Snell in a statement.

How it works

The Vaya Price Beat Guarantee is pretty straightforward. If customers (new and existing) see a plan with the same inclusions for a lower price, they can call Vaya to have the price of their plan adjusted to match it.

The price of the competitor’s plan must be the standard price of the plan, and not a short term promotional price, and the inclusions must be equal to those in one of Vaya’s existing plan range.

Also, the competitor’s plan must operate on a 4G network to be considered an eligible, comparable product.
